We keep paying you throughout. We will operate our debt procedure. This consists of 3 phone calls, 6 texts and 1 letter and then referring to insurance. We will then either resolve payment or seek vacant possession of the property. You will be paid every month throughout.
We have minimised paperwork and streamlined the process with Adobe Echo Sign signature software, so you will only need to check your email or ring us. However, we have tried to keep the administrative burden for you as minimal as possible.
After you or the landlord have signed the lease, we have the keys and we do everything else.
We would advise you in this instance. In most circumstances we would send out the relevant documentation to the contacts that we had for the tenant and we would pay you until possession is back in your hands.
