If the tenant doesn’t pay, why is rent only paid for 6 months on Bronze and Gold Plans?
These plans are backed by insurance plans. Since Covid19 and the increasingly confusing legislation passed by the government, underwriters ill only guarantee 6 months. We are hoping this will change very soon
I am worried you will take my customers?
We have no desire to do this! We can access far more customers with an agent, so would much rather maintain our relationship with an agent.
Do you need to contact my landlords?
No, we do not need your landlord contact details. We deal with you and only you.
