Payment Processing Policy
You can pay for our services using bank transfer, credit/debit cards or standing orders
Credit and Debit Cards
If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it had been agreed by us that a refund is due to you. A refund is not due to you if you have paid a holding deposit for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property or you fail the necessary credit checks. Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
There are no extra fees for using a card. If you raise a query with a transaction or recall it in error, we are charged a fee for this. We will charge this fee to you through your deposit, rent or debt collector.
Bank Transfer
You can pay using the bank details given to you at sign up or by requesting them from us.
Standing Order
You can pay using the bank details given to you at sign up or by requesting them from us. You have to set up the standing order with your bank. This is not something we can initiate.
Direct Debit
We do not offer direct debit payments.
