We always take high quality, professional photos of your home. We use the latest cameras to ensure we capture key features of your home, making sure the photos are crystal clear and looking great.

Video Tours

If you wish, we can provide a video tour.  We have found that a video tour increases the chance of a higher offer and in some cases reduces the burden of viewings if you are living in your home.

So we include them as standard within all our listings.

NB We only provide links to virtual tours to buyers who have given us their details.  We do not make virtual tours freely available due to security safeguards for vendor's homes.

Floor Plans

Floor plans help people visualise the property's potential.

Alongside high quality photographs, we include a free detailed floorplan. Whilst taking photos, we will compile a plan of your home to be added to your online advert.

The plan helps buyers think about dimensions and how they can live in the property.

Chasing Up Leads

There is little value in advertising on the portals if there is a slow response to interested buyers.  We follow up every lead and prequalify them to make sure they are serious buyers.

Rightmove and On The Market

We harness the full power of the property portals.

We will advertise your property on Rightmove and On The Market.  This gives the best exposure for your property.

The Right Technology

 

We use wide angle lenses and digital technology to get the photos and lighting correct.  We want buyers to already decide that they want the property before they view in order to ensure a fast sale.

Working With Buyers

We qualify every potential buyer that requests a viewing or makes an offer on your property.

Once a buyer has been qualified we will let you know whether they are a cash buyer, 1st time buyer, or if they are reliant on selling their current property.

We will explain whether the buyer is mortgage approved or if they have a mortgage in principle.
